A couple weeks back I had the pleasure of recording Man/Miracle at my West Oakland home studio The Turtle Shell. They took those tracks to Eli Crews (at New, Improved Recording) for final mixing and mastering and they’ve turned out great! Check out the second track from the “Valleys” cassette and make sure to catch M/M on tour this September!

Also, check out Parentz new cassette on ChillMegaChill which was mixed and mastered at The Turtle Shell. We mixed this and songs for a full length which will probably come out by the end of this year.

On Wednesday the 15th Silian Rail is releasing a new acoustic EP we recorded at my home studio [The Turtle Shell] at Mama Buzz Cafe here in Oakland. You can stream/download/pay what you want below, I highly suggest you go download it!

I was at Sharkbite this weekend with this young band Rocketship Radio and they made these two in-studio videos. They’re pretty goofy dudes and make some epic music.

Restarting the old site with some new jams.

This past weekend I helped bay area musicians [& mythical legends] Rave Deep and Hydra Emerald track final touches and mix 4 tracks they’ve been working on under the name Otherness. You can check out the results below, it was an awesome session over at New, Improved Recording and these tunes are an epic 80′s weed-witch-funk explosion. My favorite track is probably Crystalline. *Edit* They took down my favorite track, but Salt Water is pretty amazing as well!
